All returned items must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, be in the original packaging
complete with the warranty card and owner's manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse. Do not write on the
original box, manual or warranty! Please allow 2 weeks for processing your return.

Shipping Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

There is a required $25 fee if you are returning a drum or drum set that has been assembled.  To make any
drum or drum kit saleable we must replace all drum heads that have been used during assembly.

The following items are nonreturnable except for defects: opened or used sets of strings, boxes of reeds, computer
software, Apple products, soundcards, tubes, internal earphones, earplugs, traditional and ethnic wind instruments,
harmonicas, raw-frame speakers, pickups that have been installed, drum heads and sticks, turntable cartridges,
washed or worn clothing and footwear, body jewelry, books, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and videos. Returned
mouthpieces incur a sterilization fee..

Store Credit Only merchandise: Microphones, Wireless products and Recording equipment, including Multi-Track,
Hard Disk, DAT, CD, Tape Recorders and Duplicators.

Non-Returnable merchandise: Copy-protected material: Sheet Music, Books, Videos, Software, Sample Libraries,
and CD-ROM's

If you refuse a delivery:
If the carrier returns an item because it was refused or undeliverable, a 15% restocking fee will apply. If the item
was shipped for free, outbound shipping fees (and tariffs and duties on international shipments) will also be
charged back at the time of return.

Title; Risk of Loss
Title to products passes from Elevation Music to you on shipment from our or our designee's facility. Loss or
damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier is your responsibility. Title to any licensed intellectual property
will remain with the applicable licensor(s).

Either a 20% (TWENTY PERCENT) RESTOCK FEE WILL BE CHARGED ON RETURNED ITEMS or a store credit
can be issued.

RETURNS WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION FOR RETURN NUMBER (ARN) WILL BE DENIED AND SENT BACK
TO SHIPPER

manufacturing of your product.


If you believe that your item has been damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping company which

If your product has a manufacturing defect and you wish to send it to us for service or repair covered by your
warranty, you (the customer) will be responsible for the shipping costs to Elevation Music and return shipping must
be pre-paid.

Your warranty does not cover any product that has been modified or misused in any way.

manufacturers box or the shipment packaging.  

The item(s), package, interior packaging, paperwork, and any accessories, must be in resaleable condition. Total
assessment of restock fee will be at Elevation Music's complete discretion.

Any item received must be checked for shipping damage prior to signing for a package. If a delivery is completed
or signed for and there is shipping damage visible from the outside a claim must be filed to the courier by the
buyer (receiver).
